Does the AI book real appointments or just take messages?

Real appointments. Upload your doctor schedule (.xlsx/.csv, one sheet per specialty) and Naadham expands it into bookable slots; the AI offers only genuinely open times and two simultaneous callers can never take the same slot. What happens to calls after clinic hours?

Will it understand my patients' names and languages?

Is Naadham compliant with Indian telecom rules (TRAI)?

Can it give medical advice?

No — deliberately. The agent is hard-blocked from medical advice or triage; it books appointments, answers practice questions (hours, directions, insurance, preparation instructions you provide) and transfers clinical questions to your staff.
