CRM included from Growth
Naadham AI, also branded Naadham SI, includes a CRM on active Growth, Scale and Enterprise plans. After your business admin creates the workspace, eligible calls, WhatsApp or web chats with a phone number, bookings and outreach activity sync into contacts, opportunities, notes and tasks. New activity normally syncs within about two minutes; Sync now is available in the portal. Starter does not include the CRM.
Your team can manage a pipeline for its business type, assign follow-up tasks, review call summaries, transcripts and recording links, invite teammates, add custom fields and create supported workflows. Bookings create appointment tasks and move deals forward without moving a later-stage deal backwards. Calls without a caller number and calls from your own business lines are excluded.
In-CRM AI and workflow code steps are not available. One-click Google or Microsoft account connection is not available; mailbox setup uses IMAP/SMTP. CRM inclusion does not change the availability or activation requirements for voice, WhatsApp or outreach.
Where is Naadham available?
India inbound voice is operational. United States inbound voice is available through assisted activation, including account approval, number provisioning and workflow testing. US online voice checkout, SMS and outbound calling are not available. UK and UAE voice are not live.

Does uploading availability automatically sync my calendar?
Naadham can confirm a booking against configured available slots when the reservation succeeds. If no matching slot is available or the booking cannot be confirmed, it records a request for staff. Directory hours, documents and temporary availability notes provide information; they do not create bookable slots or automatically synchronize an external calendar or hospital system.
