US availability: what is live?
US inbound voice is operational through Twilio and LiveKit with assisted activation. A controlled call on September 26, 2026 verified the AI response, transcript, recording attachment and authorized playback. This is evidence for that tested route; it is not a claim of zero latency, universal carrier reachability or unlimited concurrent calls.
From enquiry to booking
Your receptionist can collect a caller's service, location and preferred time. Only configured available slots should become confirmed bookings; otherwise your team receives a request. Validate your business's booking rules and time zone during onboarding.

Can I keep my existing number?
Ask your current carrier about call forwarding to the assigned US number. Number porting and toll-free availability require a separate assessment; neither is an instant self-service promise.

Yes. India inbound voice is operational on local carrier numbers, with Indian-language speech and INR pricing. US activation is assisted. UK and UAE voice are not live.
