Create a WhatsApp AI agent for your business.
Naadham’s WhatsApp assistant handles inbound business inquiries using the services and information you configure. Connect your business account through Meta, customise the agent and review its conversations in the client portal.
What can your WhatsApp assistant do?
- Introduce your business with a customized greeting and service menu.
- Answer routine questions using business-provided context.
- Collect information for service inquiries and booking workflows.
- Keep conversations in a portal inbox for your team to review.
How to set up a WhatsApp agent
- Sign in to your verified Naadham business account and check plan access.
- Open WhatsApp setup and connect with Meta. Select the business portfolio and WhatsApp Business account you own or manage.
- Select an eligible number and complete Meta’s verification. If using an assigned Naadham number, follow the verification-call guide.
- Choose services, add supporting information and customise the greeting and replies.
- Publish, send a test message from another WhatsApp account and inspect the inbox.

Availability and pricing
Live replies are enabled for connected pilot accounts. Public self-service onboarding is pending Meta App Review. Access requires an eligible active Growth, Scale or Enterprise subscription and a completed Meta connection. Naadham’s Tech Provider verification is separate from App Review approval.
Meta messaging rules, number eligibility and any applicable messaging charges still apply. A voice-enabled number is not automatically a verified WhatsApp number. Confirm the complete setup before advertising your agent to customers.
Keep your assistant useful
Start with one service and accurate business details. Test common questions, unsupported requests and booking availability. Keep opening hours, locations and service context current. Review actual conversations before adding more services.

How do I connect my WhatsApp Business number to an AI agent?
Through Meta's official Embedded Signup inside the Naadham portal: sign in with the Facebook account that administers your business, choose the WhatsApp Business Account and number, and approve the permissions. The number stays yours; Naadham is a verified Meta Tech Provider.
Which plans include the WhatsApp AI agent?
Growth, Scale and Enterprise. Starter is voice-first. Meta's conversation fees are billed to your own WhatsApp Business Account; Naadham publishes its per-message platform fee for business-initiated templates on the pricing page.
Can the WhatsApp agent book appointments?
Yes. It uses the same services, hours and availability as the phone receptionist, checks real slots before confirming, and records a request for your team when it cannot confirm one.
What happens when a customer asks for a person?
The conversation is flagged in your inbox and handed to your team with the full thread; the agent tells the customer someone will continue the conversation rather than pretending to be human.
Is a WhatsApp AI agent allowed under Meta's policy?
Yes for task-specific business assistants like this one — booking, inquiries, support — which Meta explicitly permits. General-purpose chatbots are not permitted on the WhatsApp Business Platform, and Naadham is scoped to your business's services for exactly that reason.
Can I pause or change the agent after publishing?
Yes. Edit the greeting, service menu or instructions and publish again, or pause the agent from the portal; changes take effect on the next message with no downtime.
