Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective date: 2 July 2026 · Part of the Terms of Service.
1. The model
Naadham is prepaid and pay-as-you-go: you buy minute packs, minutes are consumed by usage,
and there is no subscription lock-in and no setup fee. Because of this, our policy is simple:
2. What is refundable
- Failed or duplicate payments: refunded in full, automatically where our payment
processor detects them, otherwise within 7 business days of your report.
- Amount charged but minutes not credited: we credit the minutes or refund in full —
your choice.
- Unused minutes on a pack purchased in the last 7 days, where the Services materially
failed to work for your account and our team could not resolve it: refunded pro-rata on request.
- Service discontinuation by us: pro-rata refund of all unused paid minutes
(Terms §15).
3. What is not refundable
- Minutes already consumed by calls/messages.
- Unused minutes older than the 7-day window above (they remain usable for 12 months from purchase).
- Free, trial or promotional minutes (no cash value).
- Charges arising from your own configuration or use (e.g. calls your team placed).
4. Cancellation
There is no subscription to cancel — simply stop using the Services. You can delete your
account (and your data, per the Privacy Policy) from the console at any
time; deletion does not by itself create a refund right beyond §2.
5. How to raise a billing issue
Email [BILLING EMAIL] from your registered account email with the payment reference
(order id / UPI or card reference) within 30 days of the charge. We acknowledge within 2
business days and resolve within 7. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
and typically appear in 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Nothing in this policy
limits statutory rights that apply to you.
