Naadham · Product guide · Updated 15 September 2026

A helpful first response for property inquiries.

Naadham helps real estate teams answer routine project questions and collect site visit details while agents are busy. Configure the information customers need, then keep visits tied to the slots your team supplies.

Start with site visit requests

  1. Add a site visit service with the project name and meeting location.
  2. Describe visiting hours, access instructions and the contact person.
  3. Supply available slots and keep them updated when staffing changes.
  4. Ask for the customer’s contact details and preferred visit time.
  5. Review the booking or request in the client portal.

What information should you provide?

Include project location, service area, permitted visiting times, relevant property details and the process for reaching an agent. Use temporary updates for changed access or availability. Avoid promising prices or inventory that your team has not confirmed.

Illustrative site visit conversation

Customer: Can I visit the project tomorrow?

Assistant: Which project would you like to visit? I can check the available visit times.

This is an example, not a customer testimonial or a guaranteed booking result. A visit is confirmed only after an available slot is reserved.

Offer a WhatsApp entry point

Eligible connected accounts can configure a WhatsApp agent for service inquiries and review messages in the same portal. See WhatsApp availability and setup.

Frequently asked questions

Can an AI receptionist book property site visits?

Yes. Naadham answers the inquiry, captures the property and preferred time, checks the agent's available slots and books the visit — or records the request for a callback when a slot cannot be confirmed.

Does it work on WhatsApp as well as calls?

Yes. The same listings, locations and timings power both the phone receptionist and the WhatsApp AI agent, so a buyer can call or message and get the same answers.

Which languages can buyers use?

English and Spanish on every plan — following the caller's language and switching when they do.

What does it do with a serious buyer?

It hands the conversation to your team the moment the buyer asks for a person or the inquiry goes beyond listings and timings, with the transcript attached.

Will it quote prices or make promises about a property?

Only what you have provided. It does not invent prices, availability or approvals, and it says so rather than guessing.

Site visit service checklist

Several projects or branches?

Keep each location’s instructions and availability explicit. Start with one project and one visit workflow, test the booking outcome, then expand. A general brochure helps answer questions; it should not be treated as live inventory or an appointment calendar.

Read an example booking workflow and test it before launch.
